Today I want to talk about the beef trial going on in Amarillo, Texas of Oprah Winfrey. I have predicted all along that she would win easy over this bunch of Texas cowboys. Shame on you Texas for the second time this month. CBS Sunday morning show gave at least 3 good reasons to not eat beef or meat for that reason in terms of awful sicknesses that could happen beginning with mad cow and you have heard the other reasons such as E-coli bacteria and less famous. When you consider that 25 percent of all the cows are killed to feed other cows and that the cows are fed chicken manure reportedly, who in their right mind would eat the cows? This law suit will only serve to emphasize the danger of beef in more ways than plain old cholesterol. If Texas thinks the beef business is bad now, just wait until this entire story is told. I just heard that the judge threw out the case in part where they sued Oprah under the crazy Texas law protecting perishables as not being applicable. Their tower of Texas is failing and they will no doubt wish they had stayed out of court. People had long forgotten what was said on the Winfrey show long ago until court. If I were not already off beef, I would be after seeing this case. According to a report I heard and believe. Try boiled okra as young and small as you can find. I long for it but it’s always fried when I find okra, period. My food of the day is "boiled okra", it has an enzyme that soothes the stomach. The beast of burden, I visited the new United States Post office at Taylor’s today and never before ask or needed a bathroom. There was a long line of people waiting and I thought all public places were required to have restrooms especially handicapped facility. This brand new US Post office turned me down on my request to use a bathroom saying they have no public bathrooms. It took years to build and must have cost a million, surely with any good dealing; bathrooms could have been included at the same price. The building set empty for the longest waiting for corrections to be made by the contractor. Governments are the last and least to obey their own laws. I was denied a bathroom in New York City at General Lee's tomb by the Park Service. Guess who is exempt from that awful Social Security tax imposed on workers and employers, the government. They have a better plan. City, county, state and federal governments violate their own rules across the country especially the new American handicapped law, yet the waste in government in construction is at an all time high and will continue until the end of this day of grace.
